It's hard to do this review without sounding like a paid ad because I have literally nothing bad to say. Raf and Chris are great lads, I could trust them from day one to do a professional job, and the work was top class. They just cracked on with it and exceeded expectations. If your looking for tradesmen that will just do great job without any hassle these lads should be your choice.

My cottage needed extensive exterior painting to windows, doors and rendering, with some of the windows rotten in places. The Topdec team did a fantastic job and have left me with a finish I had not thought possible. Their attention to detail cannot be faulted and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble and they always took time to patiently explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. They really are a quality outfit, and I look forward to using them again in the future.

This level of professionalism and excellence is hard to find. TopDec responded to a terms of reference for the painting of our five storey terrance property (front and rear). They were one of the few companies that came to assess the job requirements. They subseqently provided a clear quotation to complete the works required, which included preparation and painting of: - all sash windows - front entrance door and frame - all masonry including sills, lintels, and decorative mouldings - all iron railings and all metal work - organising of scaffolding requirements for the front and rear. The works were completed to time and fixed cost, inclusive of materials. The TopDec team (Raf and Mark) were punctual, friendly, considerate and professional. They communicated well and kept us updated on progress and any requirements for them to undertake work (e.g having sash window left open as needed). Everyone in the building has commented on the high quality of the painting works TopDec has done and the meticulous nature of the preparation and quality of the finish. They have also commented on care and attention both Raf and Mark have given to every aspect of the work. We have no hesitation in recommending TopDec to anyone requiring top quality painters to do a top quality job.
