Veltra Property Services is a painters and decorators business based in Norwich. It provides property maintenance, cleaning, refurbishments, decorating and repair services. The company serves Norfolk and Suffolk, covering both residential and commercial properties for landlords, homeowners and managing agents.

Veltra Property Services is fully insured with public liability insurance and has over 10 years of combined experience. Aarav Sharma is CEO, Mateo García is CTO and an experienced decorator, Zuri Ndlovu is a qualified maintenance engineer, and Leila Haddad is a specialist cleaner. The company does not offer gas or boiler work. Its service process includes a site visit, clear quote, scheduling, completion, and final checks.

Reaching this Norwich property maintenance business is straightforward, with lines open daily except Sunday from nine until six, and several reviewers mention getting a same-day or next-day response after an initial enquiry, often followed quickly by a visit to quote. AJ is named consistently across the feedback, handling jobs that range from repairing ceilings damaged by a boiler leak to repainting rendering and woodwork on a house exterior near Sewell Court.

Fair pricing and reliability are recurring themes, and more than one client notes that small additional issues were dealt with at no extra cost. Wallpaper hanging is also covered, with a job in a child's bedroom described as neatly finished, leaving the room as clean as before work began. High-quality materials are specifically mentioned in relation to exterior painting, and multiple reviewers comment on work being finished promptly without any drop in standard.

One account describes the firm correcting problems left behind by a previous contractor, reinforcing a broader sense of trustworthiness that runs through the comments. Punctuality features too, with arrival on time and work beginning straight away noted favourably. Taken alongside the consistent praise for tidiness and fair charges, the feedback suggests a decorator equally comfortable with small repairs and larger exterior projects, available to contact throughout the working week during the hours listed.
