Waasils Paint & Wallpaper

Waasils Paint & Wallpaper on E Park Road in Leicester is a home improvement shop stocking wallpaper, paint and related decorating supplies. Reviewers repeatedly mention the breadth of stock, describing a wide selection of wallpaper designs and paint options offered at reasonable prices. Several customers note that staff, including a team member named Omar, are helpful and prompt when handling orders and sales enquiries. One shopper recalls the shop tracking down a discontinued wallpaper pattern that could not be sourced elsewhere, while another describes staff patiently arranging an order from Germany.

Delivery of wallpaper is described as prompt and arriving in good condition, and communication during a difficult period was also praised as reassuring at the time. A point that comes up often in the feedback is customer service, with shoppers describing staff as kind, generous and humble in dealing with requests. One customer reported being overlooked in the shop on repeated visits before receiving attention, a contrast to the warmer experiences described by others. For most who have written about it, the lasting impression is of a well-stocked wallpaper and paint retailer on E Park Road capable of sourcing harder-to-find designs for customers decorating their homes.
