Wilkinson Painters and Decorators

Wilkinson Painters and Decorators draws consistent praise for the thoroughness and finish of its work, with Matt named repeatedly as the person customers deal with. Reviewers describe interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, tiling, carpet fitting and broader property maintenance, including kitchen and bathroom projects and loft boarding. A point that comes up often is the meticulous, tidy approach: surfaces are left clean and the standard of the finished rooms, hallways and staircases is described as high.

Several customers note that Matt is knowledgeable and willing to advise on materials, as when he identified and corrected the wrong paint left by a previous decorator. Punctuality and reliability also recur, with jobs completed on time and no let-downs reported over many years. Communication is mentioned for its personal feel, from prompt quoting to checking that the customer is satisfied before finishing.

The service is portrayed as trustworthy and fairly priced, with no suggestion that customers feel overcharged, and repeat business across a decade is a common theme. Work ranges from small repairs to whole-house decoration, including masonry and front doors, and the same care is said to apply whether the task is a single room or a larger refurbishment. Tiling, carpeting and kitchen rebuilding appear alongside decorating, so the offering is wider than paint alone.
