A D PLASTERING

A D Plastering is a Birmingham-based company covering the Midlands. The company specialises in all aspects of plastering and a wide range of building and renovation services. Its services include repairs to damaged walls and ceilings, damp identification and repair, room refreshment and modernisation, loft and garage conversions, hall, stairs and landings, partition wall installation, external rendering, coving, removal and repair of Artex, painting of completed plaster work, and full room restoration and decoration.

The company takes on any domestic plastering project. It has many years' experience in the building industry. The company is fully insured and all work is guaranteed. Its services are compliant with current building regulations. A D Plastering was featured on BBC One's DIY SOS on 22nd June 2017, and the AD team worked alongside Nick Knowles and his team. The company describes its workers as tidy. It offers a free, no obligation quotation, and will visit the property for an informal chat and provide a quote.

A D Plastering, working out of Water Orton on the edge of Birmingham, has earned consistent praise for skimming and repairing ceilings and walls in bedrooms, hallways, kitchens and living rooms. Reviewers repeatedly mention Adam and the pair known as the two Dans, highlighting punctuality and jobs finished on schedule and within budget. A detail many reviews return to is how tidy the crew keeps a property, with mess controlled and rooms left clean once work stops for the day.

Several homeowners describe the finish as smooth and professional, with walls transformed to a standard some say looks almost too good to cover with paint. Beyond standard skimming, the team has fitted soundproof boarding, built a floating utility floor, patched plaster following rewiring, and taken on small extras such as removing and refitting a radiator.

Communication features strongly too, with clients noting quick replies to questions and a friendly, trustworthy approach that leaves them comfortable letting the crew work unsupervised. Pricing is generally seen as fair for the standard achieved. Customers returning for further rooms and projects report the same reliable results each visit. The business operates every day except Sunday, from nine in the morning until five in the evening, offering flexibility for homeowners across the Birmingham area planning plastering work.
