Householders returning for repeat projects feature prominently in the feedback for this Bootle plastering and rendering specialist, and the name Jason appears in almost every account. Reviewers describe him as honest, prompt and precise, arriving when promised with a team that works tidily and leaves rooms clean afterwards. Clear explanations of each stage are a recurring theme, from the mixing and application of render to the reasoning behind thermal insulation boards and damp course solutions chosen for individual walls. Advice is offered freely, with customers noting that questions were welcomed before and during the work.

Challenging surfaces come up often: artex ceilings stripped out of kitchens, living rooms and period properties, damaged joists repaired, a curved ceiling completed where others had declined, and a large room in disrepair brought back to a sound finish. Terry and other colleagues are named as friendly and hard working, and electrical work was arranged alongside the plastering. The figure quoted matched the figure paid, described as fair and competitive for the effort involved, and repeat customers note the same reliability across interior plastering, rendering, damp proofing and ceiling replacement over several years.
