JH Plastering

80% AWFUL WORK cost us thousands to repair. Justin Somerville denied responsibly despite physically seeing it for himself, BUT to ensure we could not be gaslit anymore by his conduct, we took out 2 professional reports to ensure we were not making it up, now going to court process to recover the losses, the stress and the damage, this is our factual account of our shambolic experience with this business.

We had a 4m x 3m addroom plastered by John recently. He did an excellent job with the walls to make them look perfect particularly where the addroom joined the existing house. His preparation was methodical and produced a great finish. We'd recommend John to address any of your plastering requirements.

Did a fantastic job plastering our kitchen walls. Also a lovely person who went above and beyond - giving us very helpful advice and even contacted some people he knew for other jobs we needed doing! Very friendly and chatty, we felt like he genuinely cared about us getting the best possible service for the best prices available. Couldn’t recommend any more!

I’m absolutely delighted with the work John from JH Plastering did for us! He was punctual, honest, and incredibly reliable from start to finish. The quality of his plastering is outstanding — the walls and ceiling are perfectly smooth and ready for painting. John worked efficiently and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. It’s clear he takes great pride in his craftsmanship, and the results speak for themselves (see the pictures!). I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional plasterer who delivers top-quality work every time.

John from J H Plastering Services did an absolutely superb job plastering our cottage inglenook fireplace, including thorough damp proofing. He responded quickly and was incredibly reliable, efficient, and went above and beyond to accommodate me as a disabled homeowner. John was a very clean worker, using dust sheets to keep everything spotless and even swept and hoovered after himself removing all the rubbish afterward. He is a very kind, considerate and conscience worker who knew his stuff bringing his many years of experience in his pragmatic approach to the job. If that wasn't enough to convince you to hire him, his pricing was very fair too. But the key thing here is that the professionalism of the man and quality of work are absolutely outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend J H Plastering Services to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future!

John did a fantastic job plastering our kitchen wall. He was brought in on short notice after another plasterer pulled out, but I immediately noticed how attentive he was and how much experience he had. We had to do the job quickly and John was happy to come in on a Sunday to be able to do everything in one day! Not only that, but he also left all of the floor coverings and masking tape attached so that it would be easier for us to paint afterwards. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone looking to do a plastering job in their own home.

Excellent Plastering! John provide me with a quote and explained what was required for the plastering work. Agreed a time and date, John worked to a very high standard and took his time to ensure he was pleased with the finish. Will most definitely be asking John to be doing my future plastering jobs.
