Its decorators spend 80% of their time restoring plaster and preparing surfaces before painting.

London Painters & Decorators has gathered sustained appreciation for interior painting and decorating, with Chris heading the team and attracting repeat business from satisfied clients. Several customers highlight reliability as central to the experience: he turns up as promised, sends photographs and video updates during the work, and completes projects within agreed timeframes. The standard of finish is a further recurring point, with ceilings, walls, woodwork and window sills all noted as transformed after restoration. Advice and expertise feature often in accounts, especially regarding colour choices, finishes and the treatment of damp or mould-damaged surfaces.

Quotes are consistently described as clear and transparent, and extra requests raised mid-project are accommodated without difficulty. Tidiness is another theme, with floors and furniture protected before work starts and rooms left clean at the end. Chris and Dylan receive particular mention for professionalism and speed on a room repaint. The jobs covered include interior decorating, dry wall repairs, damp treatment and floor preparation. Repeat bookings and requests for fresh quotes are frequent, showing that clients come back for ceilings, walls and general decoration work.
