Paper Palace Ltd

Paper Palace Ltd operates from Haden Hill Road in Halesowen, offering an extensive range of wallpapers alongside paint for retail and trade customers. Several accounts describe a strong selection of designs and papers that hold up well over time, with more than one household mentioning that every room of their home has been decorated using rolls bought from the shop.

One customer recalls being helped in sourcing a specific paper that had been delayed by import issues, with the item arranged and delivered within days at a competitive price. Andy and other family members running the business are named as friendly and knowledgeable when advice is sought, particularly when customers have a clear idea of what they want. However, a recurring theme in other accounts is inconsistent customer service, with some visitors describing curt or dismissive treatment at the counter, particularly when asking general questions about stock or pricing before committing to a purchase.

A few reviewers who had shopped there for years at a previous Stourbridge location say the experience at the current premises left them disappointed enough to take their custom elsewhere. Advice on choosing patterns from sample books is available in store, though the tone of that advice seems to depend heavily on the individual member of staff encountered on the day.
