Fantastic service from Horwich Carpets. Iain in sales was great at qualifying exactly what we required. The fitters came and did a professional job in fitting the carpet and cleaning up afterwards.
Great service from Richard who was really informative and helped us navigate the store which had lots of choice. The fitters were really friendly, quick and efficient. Will definitely be back
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We were left to browse carpet choices on arrival at the shop without being pestered. Advice on choice was excellent. A member of staff came to measure up and once ordered the carpet was fitted in around 3 weeks. Fitting was conducted by experienced and friendly carpet fitters who did a fabulous job. Hardly any wastage either! Highly recommend.
Horwich Carpets gave an exceptionally good service for the supply and fitting of Amtico flooring in our new kitchen. Richard in the showroom helped us to make a good choice of product & layout that has worked out so well and he arranged an installation date to fit in with our building works. Alastair, the fitter was very experienced and took the time to achieve an excellent result. Thank you Horwich Carpets for a great service. Highly recommended.
We contacted Horwich Carpets to assist with flooring in our hallway area and living room. They came the next day and quoted us what was a very fair price. Booked in a date approximately 2 weeks later for the fitting to go ahead. They turned up on time and sorted the whole thing in just over 4 hours! Incredibly fast and efficient work. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much we are very happy with our floor.
We have used this company for over 20 years and in all that time we have never been disappointed. The staff in the showroom are friendly and very helpful, and the fitters are exceptional. We always recommend them to friends and family.
