Did the 5-day course a while ago and can’t recommend it enough. Ben, Billy and Mike are all really knowledgeable and make learning easy. I did it for my own house renovation and since then I’ve plastered most of my house myself. Special thanks to Billy for helping me tackle the awkward curved ceilings with confidence. Great course whether you’re renovating your own home or thinking about a career in plastering.
I've just finished day 4 of 10 and wow. The training is spot on, no classroom nonsense sense you will be developing the skill from Day 1 by actually plastering nonstop. By far the best training school for developing this skill. Billy is extremely patient and knowledgeable and a good teacher always showing ways, from experience, how to be even more effective. Amazing!
Brilliant 5 day course with Ben and then Billy also. I have learnt so much and from previously having no experience I now feel confident in completing projects at home. So knowledgeable and generous with their advice and help. Thank you so much.
Can't recommend this school highly enough. Did the 2 day plastering course. Ben is an amazing instructor. Our group was small only 3 of us but Ben, Billy and Mike were super helpful in showing us how to, skim, fill, beading, blending and finish walls and ceilings. They made sure everyone had a turn at mixing the plaster to the correct consistency, the correct timings of how to apply a second skim and how to finish it off to get the perfect finish. My husband and myself both came away fully confident that the work that we need to do on our house can and will be completed to a high standard. Thank you very much guys really appreciate your help this weekend and cant wait to get started on our project. 😀
I recently completed the weekend course at Liverpool School of Plastering and really enjoyed the experience. Ben and Bill were great hosts—very knowledgeable and easy to learn from. The course was very practical and hands-on, which made it perfect for building confidence and actually learning the techniques rather than just watching demonstrations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their plastering skills or advance their skillset. You’ll definitely benefit from learning from these guys.
Just completed a two day Skimming Course, never plastered in my life, but now feel confident to have a go at home thanks to Ben's excellent tuition. He is professional, and takes time to explain, not over bearing just in the background quietly watching and will step in and help, any questions answered. The small number if students makes it ideal with supporting and encouraging each other "Craig", Ben's employee was there to help and pass knowledge as well. Summing up it was very well worth doing, priced just right, and I have come away confident (not over) to have a go Ben is a very kind and personable.
