I was looking for dark grey tiles for our upstairs bathroom. I took the measurements from the builders who said to give this to the sales assistant. Al Murad was absolutely heaving, after about half an hour I managed to get my turn. The assistant helped me with the size and colour. Soon after payment was made and I told them my builders would come and collect the tiles with other products. (Adhesive and Grout etc).

Went to collect an item on phone they said they have in stock when i arrived they said it was sold out and i told the staff to sort something out and they pulled one out of the container😂
