WALLPAPER LAND

Stocking a distinctive selection of Italian wallcoverings is the theme that runs through what shoppers highlight about this Bradford shop. Several reviewers describe finding papers that differ from those offered by the large DIY chains, with quality and choice standing out as reasons they were pleased with their purchases. Advice from the owner is mentioned repeatedly, whether working out how many rolls a room requires or helping customers settle on a colour and pattern. A welcoming manner and patience with questions come up often, and one customer names Reece as friendly, helpful and polite.

Pricing is described as reasonable and competitive for the standard of paper on offer, and the range is broad enough that visitors who expected a smaller premises still came away with something suitable. Shoppers also value the practical touches, such as being allowed to return surplus rolls, and the sense that staff take time to chat and understand what a room needs. Interior decorating projects, from a single feature wall to a full house, feature in accounts of the shop, and the Italian stock is the detail that appears again and again.
