Paint shop and interior decorating supplier Brewers Decorator Centres Peterborough draws accounts that focus on the assistance given by staff in store. Several reviewers describe the team as friendly, polite and ready to help in whatever way they can, and an aspect raised across a number of reviews is the practical knowledge brought to choosing the correct product for a given task. Kevin is singled out for patience and expertise when matching colours and finishes, Amie receives praise for professional and approachable guidance, and Kerry, Adam and other colleagues also attract warm mentions.

Reviewers repeatedly highlight the clean, well-organised layout and the breadth of stock, noting that virtually everything required for painting and decorating is available in a single visit. The readiness to go further than expected stands out, including arranging for a colour to be mixed when a shade shown as available needed preparing in store. Shoppers remark that suggestions are offered without pressure, and that selecting a colour becomes easier when staff take time to set out the options, so customers leave confident in what they have chosen for their decorating projects.
