Sally was amazing, she went out of her way to help us. From to initial meeting at a time that suited us (not easy) to managing the installation of our beautiful shutters. Of course not everything went perfectly, but again Sally and the team were able to sort the issues out in a timely, professional manner. Thank you all at Ray and Paul
Sally was so helpful in choosing the right carpet and underlay for my space. She was also incredibly patient with my indecisiveness! Carpets have been fitted today and I’m so happy. Thank you so much Sally will definitely be back for the rest of them.
Sally at Ray & Paul was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She really took the time to understand what would work best in my new home and patiently went through so many samples with me (I’m incredibly indecisive, so that couldn’t have been easy!). Everything has now been fitted by Rick, and I couldn’t be happier—the results are perfect. Sally even came by to check everything once it was fitted, which really shows how much she cares. The whole space has been transformed, and my house finally feels like a home. I’d highly recommend Sally and the team!
Had blinds & curtains fitted to my new build property. I then contacted Sally to return to choose curtains for my bedrooms. Excellent service so helpful choosing the right fabrics etc. Curtains have been fitted promptly & they are perfect. Highly recommend this company & Sally is excellent, patient & so helpful. We had blinds fitted. We were very pleased with the service we received. The initial product wasn't the right choice for our windows so they worked with us until we had what is in our opinion, the perfect blinds fitted. Sally was our point of call always friendly and helpful. The actual fitters are very efficient and respectful of being in our home. The blinds are really really good. Total blackout for the night shift worker in the family
Great service from ordering to being fitted. I ordered two blinds, the fabric are beautiful, well made and look stunning. Thank you Sally for your help choosing and for Ricky for your fast fitting leaving no mess. Great company.
