Absolute Plastering Solutions Ltd

Had an issue with this company where I ran into some financial difficulties during renovations (lost my job) and kindly requested deposit returned and to cancel works for time being (within the 14 day cooling off period) 10 days prior to work commencing. I have reminded the company of my rights and sent links to citizens advice of this 14 day cooling off under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 etc, but for some reason they want to drag this out and be difficult for reasons I have no idea. Now refusing to refund £400, and will need to take them to small claims court which is a completely unnecessary step given the fact of how it will end up (with me eventually getting a refund but wasting massive amounts of time for both parties)

From the start we had a burst pipe that runs through a wall and to have it repaired the engineer had to put some holes in the roof. We contacted this company to repair the mess that was caused by repairing the leak. I sent over pictures he recommended me with advice and knew exactly what needed to be done and Within 2 days we had our roof fixed and the job took no time at all. It was early hours Saturday morning and the job was done in less than 2 hours The plasterer was very clean and tidy, making sure to cover our work tops, walls and floor with sheets. The job itself was done neatly and efficiently. Made up so happy and highly recommend, i have now found the best plastering company i will most definitely contact them in the future for any other plastering work so happy with the customer care and work Thank you so much for everything means so much I knew I was in good hands with a very knowledgeable company amazing!!

Had 3 bedrooms, with damaged walls, plastered with alcove ceilings. Very happy with the work carried out and price. Work was carried out in good time considering the amount of prep work required

I would highly recommend Absolute Plastering Solutions. This is the third time they have done work for me, this time was my full kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. Turned up exactly when they said they would. Very professional, polite and communicative throughout the whole project. All work carried out to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. Jack and Jake done an amazing plastering job for the entire house. Very impressed with the finish on skimming the wall!

So happy with the plastering job jack and Jake done for me, jack kept me updated on when he will start and complete the job, covered everything up in my room for minimul mess an cleaned up after completion. Really pleased with finished result. Thanks lads great job would highly recommend.
