They are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to help me find the right wallpaper, gave thoughtful advice, and made the whole process feel easy rather than overwhelming. The shop has a fantastic range of designer wallpaper books, and being able to borrow them for a small fee to see the wallpaper at home was such a brilliant idea. Karen and Mark went out of their way to help me, and it really shows that this isn’t just a business to them — it’s their passion. I couldn’t recommend them more.
We have been using decron for over 35 years .and the owner and staff where such a big help to us by finding the right paint and wallpaper at a good price for us and nothing was to much trouble for them .Mark the owner is such a pleasant man and his staff I can only say I will carry on using decron in the future. And I believe they have a 60 years of trading coming up this year .
Really great customer service! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman was really helpful with picking the right wallpaper for my mum to choose to decorate the living room. Will recommend this decorating shop! My and mum will definitely be visiting again.
