T&M Plastering and Building Services

T&M Plastering and Building Services is a plastering and building company based in Liverpool with over twenty years of experience. It operates six days a week and serves Liverpool and Merseyside. The company offers plastering services including drylining, skimming, coving, floor screeds, rendering and pebbledash, plus building services such as extensions, full property refurbs, paving, turfing and window fitting.

Plastering, rendering and building projects across Liverpool feature regularly in accounts from homeowners who own older properties, and the praise that recurs most often concerns difficult spaces rescued and finished well. A living room with failing ceilings and walls was fully re-plastered, a fireplace opened to take a log burner and a stud wall erected to divide the living area from the kitchen, all completed inside a week.

An attic bedroom conversion involved rafters that sat out of line and required correction before the plastering could look right. Customers in several reviews describe the pace of work as brisk and remark that the crew arrive when expected and keep a strong work rate throughout. Tidiness comes up repeatedly, with sites left clean and materials cleared once the job ends.

A terraced house rendered in Krend is singled out for the finish achieved, and a customer who works as a bricklayer comments on the standard of plastering compared with others met over the years. Mike and Tony are named for their courteous manner, and payment settled only once the customer is satisfied is described as the arrangement. Fair pricing, punctuality and trust in the company are mentioned alongside the care taken over uneven rafters.
